Eligibility criteria of PET Rajasthan 2010
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate
examination (10+2) with English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
or its equivalent. Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying exam
are also eligible. They should have 17-23 years of age by the date of
commencement of admissions.
Application Procedure of PET Rajasthan 2010
During the month of February/March application form for PET can be had
from the Coordinator, M.B.M. Engineering College J.N. Vyas University,
Jodhpur on cash payment of requisite amount. The forms can also be obtained
by registered post on payment of a higher requisite amount through Bank
draft in favour of the University PET A/c from the Engineering Colleges.
Reservation of seats for PET Rajasthan 2010
SC-48 seats, ST-24 seats, Ex-Servicemen/Defence personnel killed in
action/disabled -10 seats, PH-2 seats
Selection process at PET Rajasthan 2010
Merit in PET conducted in the subjects of Phy, Chem and Maths. Centers:
Ajmer, Alwar, Bikaner, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Jaipur, Jhunjhnu, Jodhpur,
Kota, Sriganganagar and Udaipur. The question papers in all the subjects
consist of multiple choice objective type questions. The list of qualified
candidates is notified in order of merit: these candidates are called
for counselling. They are required to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000 (Rs.
2,000 for SC/ST) at the time of counselling.
