FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management

The FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management offers a world-class degree in International Hospitality Administration and International Culinary Administration, certified by Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland . The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India has setup the FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management, with the support of its 3,000 Hotel, Restaurant and Associate members throughout the country and with academic consulting and certification from EHL, Switzerland - the first hotel school in the world.

3-year B.Sc. in Hospitality and catering Management from Sikkim Manipal University
1½-year Diploma in Hospitality Operations
1-year Certificate Course in Culinary Arts
6-months Skill Development Course in: Bar Tending
6-months Skill Development Course in Bakery & Confectionery
6-months Skill Development Course in Facilities Development
2-year MBA in Hospitality Management
2-year MBA in Tourism Management

Eligibility for test of FHRAI : To be considered for admission in FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management, a candidate must have completed the 10+2 education from recognized boards such as CBSE, ICSE and State Education Boards. Equivalent qualification like International Baccalaureate is also recognized. There is no age restriction for admission in FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management.

Fee Structure for Indian Candidate :
1. 3-year B.Sc. in Hospitality and Catering Management : 3.90 lacs

2. 1½-year Diploma in Hospitality Operations : 1.50 lacs

3. 1-year Certificate Course in Culinary Arts : 0.75 lacs

4. 6-months Skill Development Course in:

(a) Bar Tending : 0.50 lacs

(b) Bakery & Confectionery : 0.50 lacs

5. 2-year MBA in:

(a) Hospitality Management :2.6 lacs

(b) Tourism : 2.0 lacs

Note :
1. The hostel accommodation fee will be Rs. 75,000/- per year.

2. For 6 months short term programmes, hostel fees will be Rs. 40,000/-.

3. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Students will need to pay extra for uniforms, books, stationery, insurance, and miscellaneous personal expenses such as personal laundry etc.
Security Deposit
There will be a security deposit of Rs. 25,000/- for the courses in the first year, according to standard practice in similar institutions. The security deposit will be refunded when the student finally leaves the institute, subject to any adjustments.
