Indo German Training Centre IGTC

IGTC’s program is the 18-month, full-time Post Graduate Program in Business Administration based on the famed German Dual System - integrating six months of hands-on practical training in a partnering member company with one year of theoretical learning at the Training Centre.

Eligibility

Fresh / experienced graduates and company-sponsored candidates with over 50% aggregate marks can apply. Students appearing for their final year examination in April - May, 2008 may also apply. They will need to produce documentary evidence of having passed the examination with a minimum of 50% before commencement of the program, failing which their admission will be cancelled and no refund of fees will be given.

Stage II: Personal Interview

The partnering member companies select their desired trainees from a diverse application pool of bright engineering, science, commerce, business management and arts graduates, who could be groomed to meet the company requirements for future managerial talent. As a part of the absolutely unique selection process, every meritorious applicant faces an interview panel comprising of multiple companies, while some of them even face multiple rounds of interviews to obtain a training place in the company. At the end of the interviewing process, participating companies give their final endorsements for their preferred trainees, based on which the candidates are admitted to IGTC.

How to Apply for IGTC
Students can download the application form from www.igtcindia.com or alternatively purchase the application form from any of the Indo-German Training Centres or Indo-German Chamber of Commerce offices. The cost of the application form and prospectus is Rs. 1000/-. Payments are accepted in cash/demand draft only, drawn in favor of the ‘Indo-German Training Centre’. All forms must be returned to the respective Centres, clearly indicating the preferred location – Mumbai, Chennai or Bangalore.
