IIM FPM 2010

IIM (Indian Institute of Management) offers Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), the Doctoral Programme which is recognized as equivalent to Ph.D. The objective of this program is to develop top quality researchers and faculty resources for leading academic institutes, and management experts and thinkers for business organizations, industry, government, and society, for both local and international markets.

Area of specialization in which IIM FMP are as follows :
Agriculture, Business Policy, Econmics, Finance & Accounting, Computer & Information Systems, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Personnel & Industrial Relations, Production & Quantitative Methods, Public Systems

Applications are invited Areas of specialization: Information Technology & Systems, Marketing Management, Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources, Quantitative Methods & Operations Management , Strategic Management. Last date of applications extended to: January 31, 2008

Eligibility for IIM FPM :
Eligibility: Post-Graduate degree in any discipline (at least 55% marks); CA, ICWA or CS (at least 50% marks); Other professional qualifications (at least 55% marks); Engineering degrees (at least 60% marks). Those appearing for the final exams can also apply; but final selection will be subject to successful completion of the requirement. A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS, with at least 55% marks. A 4-year / 8-semester Bachelor's Degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average. Those appearing for their final examinations in the respective disciplines can also apply.

Fellowship for FPM : Rs.12000/- per month as Common Fellowship (Indian residents) for four years and an additional Rs.6000/- per month for top performers from second year. A contingency grant of Rs.90000/- over 4 years (including partial support for laptop)
