(1) Std. XII (or equivalent) pass with PCB (50 % aggregate marks, 40%
marks for reserved categories) and English.
(2) Candidates appearing at Std XII exam shall also be eligible.
(3) minimum age: 17 years on or before December 2009
Application Forms can be obtained (a) from the University office on payment of Rs.500/- in cash or D.D. OR (b) (if required by post) through a requisition letter along with a demand draft of Rs. 600/- drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of "Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil University", payable at Pune. OR (c) by downloading from the University Website. The downloaded form shall be submitted along with a demand draft of Rs.2100/- (Form Fee + Test Fee + Postal Charges) and (d) from the counters of the following branches of Andhra Bank from 01/01/2010 onwards:
Important Tips
1. Candidates are requested to take photo copy of all the pages of application
including demand draft
2. Candidates are requested to fill up the application form by ball
point pen preferably in Capital letters
3. Candidates should reach the exam centre at least 1.00 Hour prior
to exam time
